HP Elite Studio NFC Experience

PROJECT OVERVIEW

HP’s interests in the premium market have been rising and that lead them to develop their premium laptop line, Elite Studio (ES). However, the ES line needed a service that reflects physical products’ quality. Thus, they specifically asked us to use NFC technology since the laptops come with NFC reader/writer, and strategically it was one of the differentiators.
We focused on transition experience from an old laptop to new ES laptop, unboxing, and everyday use, all using a fob type NFC device.
